1. Website use

Submitting the contact form does not create a client relationship. Any engagement begins only after both parties execute a written agreement.

3. Communications and SMS

Visapien, inc may send SMS messages related to business integration services, including appointment reminders, service updates, and promotional offers where consent is provided. Transactional and marketing SMS opt-ins are separate and optional. Message frequency may vary, and message and data rates may apply.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to +1 916-256-3527. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
